Award winning designers
Acclaimed architect Marc Appleton—renowned for his timeless aesthetic and frequently featured in Architectural Digest—collaborated closely with the estate’s owner, an award-winning interior designer, to bring this vision to life. Together, they designed a guest cottage that feels both storied & serene, using timber and stone sourced directly from the land. A hand-built stone fireplace, nestled beside the creek, anchors the space with warmth and rustic elegance, while a cozy reading nook invites quiet moments where you can listen to the gentle sounds of the water as you turn the pages of your favorite book.
The result is an English countryside–inspired retreat.
Featuring Venetian plaster walls, solid walnut floors, and Waterworks fixtures—a masterclass in both restraint and richness.
